The Festival


The annual Decatur Wine Festival, metro Atlanta's largest outdoor wine festival, is held on the square in downtown Decatur, Georgia. Proceeds benefit the Decatur Arts Alliance, which produces the Decatur Arts Festival and many other arts events, free to the community each year.

The Music


7 Day Fool, the 5-piece Atlanta based blues, rock and soul band, will play all day. The group’s repertoire features originals and covers that range from “Hound Dog” to “Take Me to the River.” Singer Angie Rees is joined by guitarists Ben Karp and Clay Daspit, bassist Dave Miner and drummer Lee Wiggins.

Tickets are $35 and are available online at Ticket Alternative. A limited number of printed tickets will be available for sale at Decatur Package Store,1220 Clairmont Rd. Call 404-633-5250 to ensure availability before you make the trip. Admission is limited to 2,200 people and attendees must be 21 or older.

Decatur Wine Festival ArtWalk 2011

Decatur galleries, shops and restaurants kick off the Decatur Wine Festival with a Friday evening ArtWalk. This single-night art experience, which is free and open to the public, features openings and receptions citywide.
